The subscription year runs from 1^st August 2011 until 31^st May 2012.

• First member of a family         £40.00
• Additional members                £25.00

Please complete the Membership Application Form and make cheques payable to “EAFC Mini Rugby”. Please forward completed forms to David Crawley (contact details below).

The membership form can be completed electronically and sent to David Crawley (P6 Coach), at his email address david.crawley@bt.com with cheque to follow, or alternatively return it along with you subscription cheque to any of the coaching staff at training. A Club Membership Booklet, including the club fixture lists, will be sent out to you on receipt.
