EAFC and Nuffield Health

The Club are very pleased to announce a new partnership with Nuffield Health as they will provide complimentary membership to our 1st XV squad at each of their 3 Edinburgh health clubs at Omni Centre, Fountain Park and Chesser.

The mixture of locations and quality facilities will give our leading players the flexibility to prepare for the increasing physical demands of elite amateur rugby alongside their other commitments and with their team-mates too! It is huge thanks to Steve and Richard for pulling this together and great to add another fantastic reason to play for Accies.

Doug McClure, EAFC Director of Rugby

The partnership is the brain-child of Steve Currie and Richard Comley, Nuffield Health, and will also extend to the wider Club as all Accies can join prior to New Year for 50% off (detail below).

Our purpose at Nuffield Health is to build a healthier nation and are delighted to offer discounted membership to all Accies in addition to the complimentary membership for players. We are looking to support the players and help Accies achieve their goal of becoming the leading amateur rugby club in Scotland.

Richard Comley, Nuffield Health Senior General Manager (Edinburgh / Aberdeen).

We would encourage all members to consider taking advantage of this offer, but it is important to note that Nuffield's support for the Club does not depend on this. As above, Richard is keen to support the players first and foremost which very much aligns with what we look for in our partners.

It is huge thanks to Richard for working so hard to pull this together for the Club. We are always looking for partners to really buy-in to what Accies are about and I believe we have that with Richard. I am really pleased to welcome another quality partner to the Club, more so since they will give the players the opportunity to really develop and be the best they can be.

Steve Currie, EAFC Director
