EAFC Youth Rugby Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Youth Rugby Administrator to work with our Heads of Mini and Midi rugby and our management team to support Edinburgh Accies Youth section. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are important to ensure the smooth running and continued growth of the club.

KEY DETAIL & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hours – flexible, around 4-8 hours per week, 3 hours in the office at Raeburn place. Ability to add more hours if required.

  • Salary – on application

  • Rugby (Training/Games) - Book indoor facilities for P1-P3 year groups during winter, organise fixtures and attend home training/games on a regular basis

  • Player Registry & Safeguarding - Register as Child Protection Officer and manage PVG registration and coaching coarse compliance with coaches. Ensure all players and coaches are registered with Scottish Rugby.

  • Kit & Equipment - Organise annual audit of kit supplies with year group managers and work with club kit manager to arrange kit as required.

  • Festivals & Events - Organise key events including start of season BBQ, 2x home festivals and co-ordinate catering requirements with Clubhouse team.

  • Membership & Communications - Manage regular communications with families and coaches across the season and ensure all memberships are paid in a timely manner and club databases updated i.e. Teamer groups. Organise handouts of membership kit and act as primary contact for youth section e-mail inquiries. 

There is an opportunity to extend the hours based at Raeburn Place with anybody who has knowledge of Xero and ability to support the Admin and Finance team.
