EAFC Team Coaches & Managers

We are looking to add to our existing coaching and management team for the 2025/26 season.

We currently run 3 XVs and 2 VIIs teams and we are looking for anyone with a bit of free time and an interest in supporting the club and developing our players. You will join an experienced group of coaches, managers and support staff and take a key role in influencing the future success of the club.

Our coaching team operate a fairly flexible role sharing policy when it comes to training and match day delivery where sessions are planned and delivered across our teams depending on coaches interests and area of expertise, catering for junior and senior coaches a like - please get in touch to see how you might fit in and let us know what you could add!

Our management team will generally cover all the non-rugby aspects of preparing our teams for matches and we have had great success sharing duties across multiple managers - it really is many hands make light work here!

The roles are ideally suited for anyone with a keen interest in developing their rugby coaching skills, a passion for the club game and who would enjoy working with a fantastic group of experienced people. Remuneration available dependent upon qualifications and experience.
