EAFC 1st XV Head Coach

We are looking recruit a new Head Coach to lead our coaching team from 2025/26.

We currently run 3 XVs and 2 VIIs teams and we are looking for an enthusiastic leader to take on the position of head coach and lead in all matters relating to the preparation of our teams for the season and any given match day. They will be supported by a team of committed coaches and will play a key role in influencing the future success of the club.

The head coach is expected to manage the wider coaching team and plan and manage the delivery on on-field sessions and match preparation across all teams but with a primary focus on the 1st XV - our coaching team operate a fairly flexible role sharing policy when it comes to training but each team will have their own specific lead coach.

The head coach will report to our Director of Rugby and be supported by our management team (to cover all non-rugby aspects of preparing our team for matches).

The role is ideally suited for anyone with or working towards coaching qualifications, are enthusiastic about developing players, have a passion for the club game and who would enjoy working with a fantastic group of experienced people. This is a paid position with remuneration negotiable dependent upon qualifications and experience.
